Advanced Open Water Diver
If you enjoyed the PADI Open Water Diver Course, your next step up the ladder is to do the
PADI Advanced Open Water Diver Course with your DIVE 24/7 Instructor.
The Advanced Open Water Diver course is designed to help you increase your confidence and build your scuba skills so you can become even more comfortable in the water. This is a great way to get more dives under your belt while continuing to learn under the supervision of your DIVE 24/7 PADI Instructor. This course builds on what you have already learnt and helps you develop new skills by introducing you to new activities and new ways to enjoy scuba diving.
During your PADI Advanced Scuba Diver course you will:
- Hone your skillls and learn about navigation with and without a compass.
- You will do 5 adventures dives that will introduce you to deeper diving, typically anywhere from 18 - 30 metres.
- You will get a taste of the many different adventure dives on offer from Digital Underwater Photography, Wreck Diving, Night Diving and many more.
What you Learn:
- The Practical aspects of deep diving.
- Physiological effects of deeper scuba diving.
- More ways to use your underwater compass.
- How to navigate using kick-cycles, visual landmarks and time.
- How to better use your dive computer and electronic Recreational Dive PlannerTM (eRDPTM)
- And much, much more, depending on the Adventure Dives you choose.
Prerequisites:
You must have your PADI Open Water Diver qualification.
